This year with all of the changes to plans, 86% of my clients must select a new plan. Thank you for taking the time to view this presentation prior to discussing your individual needs, it will be very helpful for managing my time this year and making sure I can work with everyone.

One detail I forgot to mention in this video is that next year Blue Cross will require referrals to see specialists. They have indicated that they will be lenient over the first few months to give everyone a chance to get their referrals and for doctors' offices to catch up on the demand. If you want to continue to use Blue Cross next year, and currently have specialists, this can be as simple as calling your Primary Care Physician, letting them know you will need a referral to your already established specialist, and asking them to send one over.
